As the treatment coordinator for The Woodlands Dental Group, Madelynn’s responsibilities include preparing treatment plans, scheduling patients, managing the clinical team, and auditing. She has advanced training in dental assisting courses, treatment coordination, and CPR. Madelynn has always been interested in dentistry and has been with the practice since 2024. She believes what makes this practice unique is how amazing both the staff and patients are.

Outside the office, Madelynn loves spending time with her family and crocheting.

Tina brings nearly four decades of dental expertise to Smiles by Dr. A, beginning her career as a registered dental assistant before earning her credentials as a registered dental hygienist in 2003. Passionate about patient education, she takes pride in guiding individuals through their dental care journey, helping them achieve optimal oral health.Tina’s favorite aspect of her role is helping patients experience the benefits of quality dental care and the confidence that comes with a healthy, beautiful smile while fostering lasting relationships with her patients.

A true local at heart, Tina was raised in and continues to reside in Conroe, Texas, where she lives with her twin daughters. In her free time, she enjoys quality moments with family, diving into a good book, and nurturing her garden.

Stacy, a dental hygienist, received her education from California Shasta College and advanced training in laser dentistry, nitrous oxide, and anesthetics. She loves helping people and has been with the practice since 2019. Stacy believes what makes this practice unique is the comprehensive care given to every patient.

Outside the office, Stacy enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with family, friends, and her animals.

Natalie received her education from Wharton County Junior College in Wharton, TX, and began her career in dentistry in 1986. She has also obtained her certification in laser dentistry and anesthesia. Upon joining the team at The Woodlands Dental Group in 2019, Natalie has helped countless patients experience their happiest, healthiest smiles!

Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, including her daughter, her son, and her beloved grandson! She loves traveling, exercising, and volunteering at the Houston Junior Forum. She describes herself as being organized, timely, kind, and honest and her favorite quote is “living the dream!”

Laura is a recent addition to The Woodlands Dental Group, having brought her 20+ years of experience to the team in 2024. She received her education from Gulf Coast State College in Panama City, FL. Her responsibilities at the practice include assisting the doctor and ensuring that all appointments run smoothly. Interestingly, Laura decided on her career in the dentistry field by taking a personality test!

Laura is passionate about spending time with family, traveling, trying new foods, and attending church. She describes herself as being positive, adaptable, responsible, and optimistic. She shares three daughters with her husband and loves to cheer on the Houston Astros!

Elizabeth has been dedicated to dentistry since 2011, beginning her journey in sterilization before discovering a genuine passion for the field. Her hands-on experience and ongoing training have shaped her into a compassionate and adaptable dental assistant. She has embraced every opportunity to learn and expand her skills. In April 2024, she joined Smiles by Dr. A, bringing with her years of dedication, compassion, and a deep love for helping others.

What Elizabeth values most about her role is the chance to ease patient anxiety and create a sense of comfort during their visits. She enjoys being part of a welcoming, compassionate, and efficient team, and looks forward to continuing her growth as she contributes to the exceptional care provided at the practice.

Outside of the office, Elizabeth enjoys cooking and baking, especially when sharing holiday traditions like Halloween and Christmas with her three children. She is deeply passionate about being a mom and cherishes the opportunity to create joyful memories with her family. Elizabeth’s warmth, dedication, and positive energy shine both in her professional life and at home. Her guilty pleasure is indulging in sweets and chocolate, and she feels fortunate to be part of a practice that fosters growth, learning, and true compassion for every patient.

Colleen has had countless hours of hands-on experience, working as an insurance and financial coordinator at both other offices and at Smiles by Dr. A. She loves learning new things and how the field of dentistry is constantly changing. Having started with the practice in 2022, she believes what makes this practice unique is the calming and soothing atmosphere.

Colleen’s responsibilities include collections, checking patients in and out, appeals and verification for insurance, and updating fee schedules. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as her beloved pets. She’s also an active member of her community, helping with raffles and donations at Police Associations for Baytown and Deerbrook departments.
